For your home

from $75/hour

Regular cleans, one-offs and end of lease. Window sills and skirting boards are part of the clean, not an extra.

  • Regular home cleaning. An ongoing clean on a set schedule, to the same checklist every visit.
  • One-off home clean. A single deep clean when you need the house brought back up.
  • End of lease clean. Cleaned to the inspection, not a general tidy. For getting the bond back.

For your commercial premises

from $60/hour

Offices, retail and other commercial premises, cleaned by a trained team that turns up.

Why people call

What usually brings someone here

Homes

  • Moving out and you need the bond back

It has to be cleaned to the inspection, not tidied.

  • Cleaning for a parent you can't check on weekly

Nobody on a ladder, nobody on a wet floor.

  • Too busy at work to keep on top of it

Book it once and stop thinking about it.

Commercial

  • Your last cleaner stopped showing up

You found out when a client walked in.

  • The work looks done but isn't

And nobody tells you what got skipped.

  • You're mid-contract with a provider you'd rather not be with

Have a look at what a proper handover looks like.

The signed checklist

The checklist is the record of what you paid for.

Before the team leaves, the director walks the job and signs off every line on a written checklist. You get it handed to you. Nothing is 'done' because someone says it is.

If it's not right

I fix it. No cost, no argument.

If something's been missed, we come back and put it right at no cost. I don't consider it resolved until we're on good terms again.

How it works

Four steps, every job

A flat mop being pushed across a timber floor
  1. You get in touch

Call or send the form with the property and what you need done.

  2. We walk the property

An in-person walkthrough, and a fixed price before anything is booked, not a guessed phone quote.

  3. The clean

A trained team works through a set process, not whatever gets noticed on the day.

  4. Signed off

The director does the final walkthrough and hands over the signed checklist.

Who you're dealing with

Fifteen years of doing the work, not just quoting it.

John has been cleaning for over fifteen years and still walks every job himself.

The team is trained and paid properly, this isn't side-hustlers with a mop between other jobs.
